Packaging Engineer (all genders)
Your new job
- As a packaging engineer (all genders), you will work with customers to design new packaging solutions and further develop existing ones.
Responsible for packaging solutions on the basis of development orders - You will be responsible for the planning, monitoring and implementation of tests and product releases, including the evaluations and analyses of the results
- You also create hand samples and carry out sampling independently
- You will also create packaging specifications and take care of material and master data maintenance
- You carry out evaluations of packaging and production tests and create analyses, presentations and evaluations
Your profile
- You have completed a technical degree, preferably with a focus on packaging technology, construction technology or engineering
- Alternatively, you have successfully completed an apprenticeship in packaging technology
- Ideally, you have already gained some experience in the field of packaging technology/development
- You have basic knowledge of procedures, processes and standards
- You have technical understanding and experience with CAD applications as well as experience in project management
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
You use the common MS Office tools routinely and confidently - You enjoy working in a team, are motivated and creative and know how to assert yourself in a friendly manner in the right situations
- Your way of working is structured, analytical and results-oriented.
- You have a “hands on” mentality, are down to earth and yet hungry for success
